Anyang YND DC Electric Arc furnace factory has completed delivery of its independently developed 20-ton DC electric arc furnace, marking the addition of another high-tech “powerhouse” to China’s solid waste treatment equipment sector. As a national-level high-tech enterprise, Younengde leverages 37 core patented technologies. Its DC electric arc furnace achieves over 92% solid waste reduction and more than 95% metal recovery rate through low-temperature melting technology. Equipped with intelligent temperature control and flue gas purification systems, its emission indicators exceed national standards by 30%, establishing it as benchmark equipment for “zero-waste city” development.
