Our company holds 37 patents related to DC plasma melting furnaces. We possess design and manufacturing capabilities for equipment capacities ranging from 50kVA to 30,000kVA. YND DC arc furnaces incorporate high-speed railway rectifier technology and cutting-edge optoelectronic isolation techniques. The equipment achieves a natural power factor exceeding 0.95, causing no interference to the power grid. It generates high furnace temperatures, with the arc core reaching up to 10,000°C and the outer arc flame at 4,000°C. DC arc furnaces are widely applied in: - Extracting and enriching rare and precious metals from ore, catalysts, and industrial solid waste with mature processes and high recovery rates. - Efficiently refining metallic silicon and 75# ferrosilicon from silica with high energy savings. Silica sludge and slag recovery rates exceed 85%. Direct furnace melting of scrap circuit boards achieves non-ferrous metal recovery rates as high as 98%. They can also be used for smelting and refining zirconia, calcium aluminate, copper ores, and copper-containing solid waste.
