High-performance core: Constructed from high-permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core features a multi-stage circular cross-section structure with fully skewed joints. This design minimizes no-load losses and operating noise, ensuring the transformer’s high efficiency and quiet operation.

Robust Coil Structure: Both high and low voltage coils adopt a concentric structure, utilizing corrugated oil channels and undergoing impregnation, curing, and secure binding processes, resulting in high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit withstand capability. The high-voltage coil is equipped with taps, allowing voltage adjustment via a tap switch mounted on the box cover (power must be disconnected before operation), flexibly adapting to changes in grid voltage.
